Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily administrative operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve coordinating patient care, managing staff schedules, and liaising with healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of patient services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical exams and health assessments to gather patient information.
  • Administer immunizations and other preventive measures.
  • Manage chronic disease programs and follow up on patient progress.
  • Support health promotion and disease prevention activities.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior nursing staff.
  • Participate in research projects to enhance clinical practices.
  • Engage patients in shared decision-making regarding their health.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare policies and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a healthcare setting
