We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to ensure customer retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication)
  • Additional customer service certifications are advantageous

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
