Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager in Durban, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers reap the full benefits of our services. You will drive customer engagement and develop long-term relationships, making sure they achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop resources to educate customers on product features.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to maximize product use.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively address potential issues.

  • Mentor junior team members and share expertise in customer success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Business Administration
  • Relevant certifications in Customer Success are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, especially in tech or SaaS industries
