Job Description

Tech Solutions Ltd. is on the lookout for a passionate Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues faced by our clients while ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a ticketing system to ensure timely responses to support requests.
  • Advise clients on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss departmental goals and achievements.
  • Help identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
Experience
  • 2+ years in a technical support position
