We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant who will play a key role in enhancing our organizational performance through strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational development projects to enhance overall performance.
  • Develop talent development programs focused on leadership and skill enhancement.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decisions regarding employee performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams on change initiatives.
  • Facilitate team-building exercises that foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on development initiatives and programs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop relevant training programs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field is an advantage
  • Organizational Design Expertise in creating efficient organizational structures.
  • Change Management Proficient in leading change initiatives effectively.
  • Talent Development Strong background in designing and implementing development programs.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration Proven ability to work effectively within teams.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Change Management Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with South African Labour Law: Understanding of legislation affecting HR and employee relations in South Africa.
  • Experience with Organizational Diagnostics: Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational health.
