Responsibilities

• Conduct training and development needs assessments.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and provide mediation as necessary.
• Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or consulting
