We're on the lookout for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR initiatives at Tech Innovations Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, staff training, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Support employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Provide support for HR-related internal communications.
  • Manage payroll and compliance related to employee compensation.
  • Develop policies and procedures related to HR functions.
  • Advise management on HR issues and trends.
  • Utilize HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation procedures.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of HR experience with a focus on management roles
