Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planner to join our firm. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs and develop comprehensive plans that guide them towards achieving their goals. You will leverage your financial market knowledge to provide tailored investment solutions, retirement plans, and advice on insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and financial plans.
• Provide expert guidance on investment strategies and products.
• Keep abreast of financial market developments and regulatory changes.
• Facilitate client meetings to discuss financial goals and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Master's degree in Finance or relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in the financial planning profession with a focus on client service

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
• Fiduciary Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
