Responsibilities

• Overseeing the manufacturing process of mechanical components.
• Conducting failure analysis and troubleshooting mechanical designs.
• Mentoring junior engineers and interns in best practices.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions on mechanical engineering topics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Professional certification in project management preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in a product development setting
