We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment to employee relations and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate recruitment drives.
• Assist in developing organizational training plans.

• Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and manuals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
• Master's in HR or organizational psychology is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
