Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting market research to ensure our compensation packages are competitive. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure effective communication of benefits and enhance employee understanding and utilization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing compensation structures and propose adjustments as needed.
• Research industry salary trends and benchmarking.
• Support the HR team in salary negotiations.
• Communicate changes in compensation policies to employees.
• Evaluate benefits uptake and propose enhancements to existing offerings.
• Provide advice on tax implications and regulations relevant to compensation.
• Assist with annual compensation reviews and adjustments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP): Professionally accredited qualification to demonstrate compensation knowledge.
