We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Compliance Consultant to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, conducting audits, and providing training to healthcare staff on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed compliance assessments of healthcare operations.
• Design training materials and sessions for continuous staff education.
• Monitor compliance trends and report to management regularly.
• Guide the organization in developing risk management practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in healthcare regulations and compliance
