We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with established standards. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits to validate compliance with internal and external standards.
• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality standards.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze quality data.
• Assist in the preparation of quality assurance documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role

Certifications

• Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
