Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Diversity & Equity Manager to spearhead our initiatives aimed at creating an inclusive workplace in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will develop strategies that foster diversity, ensure equitable opportunities, and strengthen our organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning process for diversity and equity efforts.
  • Report on diversity-related metrics and insights to executive leadership.
  • Assist in creating employee resource groups to support underrepresented employees.
  • Utilize employee feedback to develop diversity-related programs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends on diversity and equity best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles
