Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align our HR strategies with our business goals in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement, performance management, and people development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR consultation to business leaders to drive workforce planning initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management systems and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Support managers with conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead employee engagement programs aimed at retention and development.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and recommend necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with training departments to tailor programs to business needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
