Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor legislation and regulations.
  • Organize employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Contribute to the development of talent management strategies.
  • Assist in managing employee performance appraisal processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in a human resources role with a focus on recruitment

Certifications
  • Certificated HR Practitioner (CHRP)
