Job Description

We're on the lookout for a proactive Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our employee training programs in Pretoria. In this role, you will design and implement effective learning strategies that align with our company goals and enhance employee performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing training needs analysis to anticipate future training requirements.
  • Optimize training delivery methods for maximum engagement.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training programs.
  • Liaise with HR to integrate training with employee performance reviews.
  • Promote a learning culture across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development.
