We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards within designated timelines. Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from inception through completion.
• Gather and analyze project requirements for new systems.
• Coordinate with electrical and systems engineers for integrated solutions.
• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Support the implementation of mechanical projects.
• Review existing processes and systems for improvement opportunities.
• Participate in technical reviews and project updates.
• Mentor junior engineers and trainees.
• Ensure all engineering solutions are documented accurately.
• Enhance the efficiency of mechanical assemblies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
