Responsibilities

• Act as a neutral facilitator in disputes involving multiple parties.
• Help parties articulate their needs and concerns clearly.
• Guide the mediation process towards a collaborative resolution.
• Draft and provide feedback on written agreements post-mediation.
• Oversee the compliance checks on mediated agreements.
• Build strong networks with legal professionals and community organizations.
• Organize workshops to develop mediation skills across different sectors.
• Continuously improve mediation techniques through feedback and self-assessment.
• Mentor junior mediators and support their professional growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Related Field
• Mediation Certification

Experience

• 2-5 years in mediation or equivalent experience in conflict resolution
