Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in exciting job opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement.
  • Engage in proactive sourcing to build a talent pipeline.
  • Conduct reference checks and follow up with candidates post-placement.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices and strategies.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Technical Skills
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving
Certifications
  • Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
