The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement.
• Engage in proactive sourcing to build a talent pipeline.
• Conduct reference checks and follow up with candidates post-placement.
• Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices and strategies.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Networking skills: Ability to engage effectively at industry events and build professional relationships.
• Fluency in additional languages: Proficiency in languages other than English is beneficial.
