We are looking for an experienced HR Audit Manager to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, while leading audit processes that promote the highest standards of HR practice within our organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee HR audits and ensure adherence to compliance regulations.
Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance.
Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance indicators.
Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance issues are resolved.
Provide expert advice and support to HR teams regarding compliance matters.
Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
Facilitate the development of corrective action plans post-audit.
Document all audit-related activities and maintain organized records.
Assist in HR policy development to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
5+ years of experience in HR compliance, including audit experience.
