Job Description

As a pharmacist at PharmaCare SA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Your responsibilities include dispensing prescriptions, advising patients on drug interactions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the dispensing process and ensure quality control.
  • Conduct medication reconciliation for transitioning care.
  • Implement and support the use of pharmacy technology solutions.
  • Address patient concerns and medication-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote health programs and initiatives within the community.
  • Monitor and report adverse drug reactions.
  • Support the training of pharmacy interns and assistants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients and the community.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials for pharmacy services.
  • Participate in clinical research and studies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy is preferred.
Experience
  • 3+ years in a retail pharmacy environment.
