Insulation Mechanic

Job Description

As an Insulation Mechanic, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of insulation materials in a variety of settings. You will work with materials such as fiberglass, foam, and cellulose, ensuring all applications meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply insulation materials in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Review project plans to ensure accurate installation.
• Use tools and equipment such as spray guns, blowers, and cutting tools for insulation projects.
• Assess insulation performance and suggest improvements.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety procedures.
• Report any issues or challenges to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance installation skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Certification in insulation installation is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in insulation installation or related work

Technical Skills

• Safety knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
