Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will manage salvage operations, assess vessel damage, and conduct salvage engineering studies to ensure efficient and effective response to marine incidents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and inspections during salvage operations.
• Manage relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.
• Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Develop and implement best practice guidelines for salvage operations.
• Monitor salvage team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare and present reports on salvage operations to management.
• Stay updated on maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Investigate incidents and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred

Experience

• In-depth expertise in salvage operations is desirable
