We are on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager to join our bustling team in Cape Town. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships, identifying and meeting client needs, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients' projects, leading them to success through effective communication and strategic support. Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Track account budgets and ensure financial accountability.
  • Evaluate account performance metrics and implement necessary changes.
  • Support the sales team with client pitches and proposals.
  • Serve as a liaison for clients and internal departments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively advise clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing client relationships
