Job Description

As a Civil Engineer, you'll play a critical role in our construction projects in Pretoria. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, along with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. You will help deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions while promoting safety and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the planning and execution of engineering projects.
• Evaluate material options and construction methods for projects.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Develop project budgets and forecasts.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Ensure quality assurance across all phases of projects.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Support the development of innovative sustainable practices in engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in civil engineering projects

• Civil 3D
• Geotechnical Engineering

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Quality Management certification
