Mining Engineer

You will work closely with geologists and other engineers to optimize the extraction process while minimizing environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining projects from conception to execution.
• Evaluate new technologies for mining efficiency.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
• Master's degree in Mining or Geosciences is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in mining operations and engineering

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Mining Software

Certifications

• Certified Mine Safety Professional
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Drones and Surveying Equipment: Experience using drones for mine site surveying and analysis.
