Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support.
  • Perform routine checks on hardware and software systems.
  • Assist in the setup of computer workstations and user accounts.
  • Cooperate with external vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in the maintenance of network security protocols.
  • Provide training sessions for new staff members.
  • Create and maintain records of support requests and resolutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
