Responsibilities

• Manage workforce planning and succession planning.
• Administer benefit programs and negotiate with providers.
• Ensure effective communication of HR policies to all employees.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with team needs.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

• 5+ years in HR leadership roles with a focus on employee engagement and development
