Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous records of client data, progress, and treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients about their rights and available community resources.
• Lead support groups and facilitate community events to foster empowerment.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's degree will be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of direct social work experience
