We are in search of a meticulous HR Compliance Officer to oversee compliance with labor laws and internal policies in our Johannesburg office. Responsibilities

• Ensure that all HR policies are up to date with current legislation.
• Develop an internal communication strategy regarding compliance.
• Advise on employee relations issues ensuring compliance to protocol.
• Provide insight and analysis on compliance risks.
• Facilitate risk assessments in collaboration with HR teams.
• Support the recruitment process ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or Compliance is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance roles
