Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Officer to ensure our HR policies align with legal and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for compliance and employee relations. You will play a crucial role in educating staff on compliance practices and implementing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Assess and revise compliance policies as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Communicate compliance updates and changes to all employees.
• Facilitate internal audits to evaluate adherence to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with external agencies as required during inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audits.
• Prepare and submit compliance-related reports to management.
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance adherence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Professional certification in HR compliance is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance or related role
