Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to manage and maintain accurate data records. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills and attention to detail, ensuring all entries are correct and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming data and enter it into the company's database.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Assist in developing data entry procedures and guidelines.
  • Communicate with team leads regarding project timelines and updates.
  • Train new staff on data entry protocols and software usage.
  • Manage data backups and ensure data confidentiality.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or higher
  • Diploma in Administration or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or related positions
