We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee our HR department in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a productive workplace environment. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, employee relations, and implementing HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising vacancies and interviewing candidates.
• Address employee concerns and promote a harmonious workplace.
• Create and update HR documentation and employee handbooks.
• Implement performance evaluation systems to assess employee contributions.
• Stay updated on labour legislation to ensure compliance.
• Develop training assessments and manage staff training events.
• Encourage a culture of engagement, feedback, and open communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role
