Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to enhance our talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and be passionate about connecting people with their dream jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential candidates through networking events and social media.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in career fairs and represent the company positively.
  • Support employee referral programs and initiatives to enhance talent acquisition.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage

  • 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
