Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution.
• Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive salary benchmarks.
• Promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
• Utilize various platforms to actively source candidates, including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Coordinate recruitment events to attract high-potential candidates.
• Regularly report on recruitment metrics and strategies to senior management.
• Provide guidance and training to managers on effective interviewing techniques.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of job descriptions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges for internship and graduate hiring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD or SHRM is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment
