Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to lead diverse projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills, with a focus on enhancing project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Engage with external agencies and consultants to align project goals.
• Lead meetings to review project status and resolve any challenges.
• Evaluate and select contractors and vendors based on competitive bidding.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained prior to project initiation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• MBA or additional relevant certifications will be highly regarded

Experience

• At least 7 years in construction project management role
