We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team in Durban. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be key in driving sales and maintaining our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead staff meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
  • Ensure that all food safety and health regulations are followed.
  • Forecast staffing needs and manage schedules effectively.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices and order quality products.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote special events and menu items.
  • Analyze financial data to optimize profitability and reduce costs.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced restaurant environments
