We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Pretoria. The role involves managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working closely with research teams to facilitate successful outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in the advancement of innovative medical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate clinical data and report findings to the research team.
• Coordinate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Participate in developing site feasibility assessments.
• Foster relationships with patients, clinicians, and stakeholders to boost recruitment.
• Ensure participant safety and welfare throughout the trial.
• Document and report adverse events in a timely manner.
• Engage in post-trial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medical or Health Sciences
• Postgraduate qualification is an asset

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in clinical trials management
