Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor in Johannesburg! You'll manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of warehouse staff, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and safety in our warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations meetings to assess workload and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Identify areas for improvement within warehouse processes and implement changes.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement and safety within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
• Engage in conflict resolution and promote teamwork among warehouse staff.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
