Job Description

In the role of Store Manager, you will be tasked with maximizing profitability and ensuring efficient store operations. You will inspire your team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards throughout the store.

Responsibilities

  • Implement store policies and procedures effectively.
  • Train and onboard new staff members.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and sales events.
  • Manage cash flow and bookkeeping.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is advantageous
