Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager with a proven track record in driving online sales and enhancing customer experiences. The successful candidate will oversee our e-commerce operations, develop marketing strategies, and optimise product listings to maximise conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of online marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to support e-commerce growth.
  • Monitor website performance and ensure responsiveness and functionality.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns to enhance customer retention.
  • Evaluate suppliers and ensure product quality and availability.
  • Implement best practices in SEO to improve search engine visibility.
  • Facilitate user experience improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Train and manage the e-commerce team for optimal performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce metrics for senior management.
  • Participate in strategic planning for the entire e-commerce business.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years in e-commerce or digital marketing roles

  • Digital Marketing tools (HubSpot, MailChimp)
