Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will lead diverse construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be at the forefront of project planning, execution, and client communication, making a significant impact in our growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and report any variances to management.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues.
• Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to review progress and address issues.
• Manage project changes and scopes effectively.
• Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed throughout the construction process.
• Assist in developing project proposals and bidding processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management including residential and commercial projects

• Contract Management

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of Advanced Building Technologies: Familiarity with modern construction technologies such as BIM (Building Information Modeling).
