Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training teams to incorporate diversity training in onboarding.
• Oversee the development of internal communication regarding diversity initiatives.
• Facilitate conflict resolution where diversity issues arise in the workplace.
• Promote an organizational culture that fosters a sense of belonging for all employees.
• Serve as an advisor to management on diversity related issues and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in diversity and inclusion is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience working in diverse team environments
