Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Lean Six Sigma Engineer to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles, with the ability to lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process improvement efforts and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate the use of Six Sigma tools such as DMAIC and DMADV.
• Engage with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilise statistical analysis to validate process enhancements.
• Report on project results and provide insights for further improvements.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to uphold standards.
• Drive initiatives that promote customer satisfaction through process excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering or Process Improvement is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in process improvement roles with a focus on Lean Six Sigma
