We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our clients' accounts and financial transactions. As a Bookkeeper at Your Company, you will ensure accurate record-keeping and provide essential financial information to support decision-making processes.

• Maintain accurate financial records for clients.
• Process monthly payroll and manage employee records.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients.

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Provide support during audits and other financial assessments.
• Communicate with clients to resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline bookkeeping processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Certificate in Bookkeeping or a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
