We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our clients' accounts and financial transactions. As a Bookkeeper at Your Company, you will ensure accurate record-keeping and provide essential financial information to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including financial record management.
• Develop and maintain financial procedures and policies.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Perform data entry and update financial records in the accounting system.
• Generate regular financial performance reports for management.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and budgets.
• Train and supervise junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Assist in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Certificate in Bookkeeping or a related field is an advantage

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
