We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Worker to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for caring for children, planning engaging activities, and ensuring a safe environment. Your role will contribute significantly to the development and well-being of each child in our care.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences tailored to children's interests.
• Support children in developing their social and emotional skills.
• Collaborate with other staff to create a harmonious environment.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress.
• Organize special events and outings.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation certificate
• Degree in Education or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience working with children will be an advantage.

Certifications

• Basic Childcare Training

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with Behaviour Management Strategies: Knowledge of techniques to positively influence children's behavior.
• Bilingual Skills: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
