Responsibilities
Guide clients through the job application process, including resume and cover letter creation.
Facilitate skills training sessions tailored to client needs.
Maintain a database of job openings and employer contacts.
Provide feedback and coaching on interview performance.
Evaluate and adapt coaching strategies based on client progress and feedback.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
3-5 years of experience in job placement and career coaching is required.
