Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization projects aiming at reducing costs and waste.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Assist in the scale-up of new products from the lab to full production.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Postgraduate specialization in Chemical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Design
• Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Hazardous Materials Management: Experience in handling and managing hazardous materials safely.
• Proficiency in Process Safety Management: Experience in designing and implementing Safety Management Systems.
