Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and implement project changes as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively, escalating to upper management when necessary.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including status reports, budget estimates, and post-project evaluations.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
• Promote a culture of project excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration is an advantage
• PMP certification required

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
